The sequel to Crow Zero, a film about school violence based on the manga of the same name by Hiroshi Takahashi. At the end of the previous part, Genji Takiya's GPS gang defeated Tamao Serizawa's gang after a fierce fight, becoming the largest gang at Suzuran High, and Genji was considered the school's leader. However, a new challenge began when Genji, while protecting a former member of Suzuran, attacked a member of Housen School - a school also famous for its violence with equally rogue members.
