In the "Warcraft" movie (2016), directed by Duncan Jones, the story follows the conflict between the human kingdom of Azeroth and the orcish Horde. As the orcs flee their dying world, they invade Azeroth through a portal opened by dark magic. The humans, led by King Llane Wrynn and the powerful wizard Medivh, must rally their forces to defend their kingdom.
