The Happening's story begins in Central Park, on a beautiful morning, but it all becomes a nightmare when a few people, then everyone suddenly stop, numb, and then suicide in very barbaric ways. Newspapers, radio, and televisions are all buzzing with this strange phenomenon, is that the attack of a terrorist? Or something else entirely?
