This is the ultimate buddy cop movie except for one thing: they're not cops.  When two troubled friends dress up as police officers for a costume party, they make a splash in the neighborhood.  But when these brand new “heroes” become entangled in a tangled reality web of dirty robbers and detectives, they are forced to don their fake badges to confront  risk.
